LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKAGE
Ray-Ban® warrants their sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.
Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim.
- The product should be packed in a cardboard box and the customer contact details and address should be clearly mentioned on the box.
- A copy of the invoice should be sent along with the product in the cardboard box.
- A duly filled Product Complaint Form should be printed and sent along with the product in the cardboard box.

If warranty service is required, please pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Ray-Ban is not responsible for packages lost in transit and the cost of shipping the product(s) to the service center.
If warranty conditions apply to the defect of your frame, your product will be repaired with spares or replaced with a new one.If the model is not available anymore, you will be refundedthe full amount of your purchase as per your India.Ray-Ban.com invoice. In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship,you will be notified of the repair process and additional charges through email or a call.
The decision of Luxottica India Eyewear Pvt. Ltd. in respect of the warranty claim shall be final and binding.
