When shopping at India.ray-ban.com you can always change your mind.
You will be allowed to return any Product that you are not satisfied with for any reason; within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Just follow these simple steps:
- Please visit this link ( Order Return ) and enter the necessary details. Choose the item you wish to return and proceed with the return process accordingly.
- Please share images of the delivered product as shared in the PDF. All images have to be clear for the initial quality review conducted by the Quality Control team. (Please click here to review the reference of the images)
- Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation such as invoice copy, accessories and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
- We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't cancel or make any changes to the order once it is shipped. However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. For more information please go through our Refunds & Replacements policy. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
- Any Products that are sought to be returned, must be sent in the original condition in which they were received, with all the accompanying packaging and accessories. Further, a copy of the invoice will have to be sent to Moda Optics along with the Product sought to be returned. Moda Optics can refuse to accept the Products for return, if the aforesaid conditions are not satisfied and / or if the Products are found to have been damaged and not in the original condition.
- Where request for return of any Product is accepted by Moda Optics, then, Moda Optics shall refund the value of such Product as originally paid by You in such manner as it deems fit at its sole discretion. You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 7-10 days from the day of receiving the product.
- Please note- A refund will only be approved if the physical Quality Check of the purchased product is cleared by the Quality Control team.
- We only accept returns on items purchased from India.ray-ban.com. Items purchased from Authorized Ray-Ban retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
- In case of self-ship, please send a scanned copy of the courier bill along with your order details to support@india.ray-ban.com to get a refund of the courier charges incurred by you.
- Replacement will be applicable based on the availability of the requested products.

Provide Clear Images:
To facilitate an initial quality review by our Quality Control team, please upload clear images of the product as outlined in the attached PDF. [Click here for image reference]. - Retain the Tags:
Products with removed tags are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Please ensure that the tags remain intact and attached. Once the tag is removed, the product will be considered non-returnable, and return/refund requests will not be processed. - Return Pickup:
We will arrange for a return pickup of your order. - Packaging Instructions:
Please return the product in its original condition, securely packed in the original packaging. This includes the MRP box, all tags, leatherette pouch, cleaning cloth, warranty certificate, and the outer protective packaging (brown box). Insufficient or improper packaging could lead to product damage and result in a failed quality check. - Sealing the Package:
Ensure the product is properly sealed and packed before handing it over to the courier. If the courier requests that you open the package, please refuse and immediately contact our customer support team for assistance, as the shipment is a Close RVP. - Document the Packaging Process:
We recommend taking photos or videos of the product while packing and sealing it before handing it over to the courier.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We strive to process and ship orders quickly, which means we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been dispatched. However, if you change your mind after receiving your order, you can return any unwanted items for a refund. Please refer to our Refunds & Replacements policy for more details.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS POLICY
- To process a return, the product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Additionally, a copy of the invoice must accompany the product when returned. Moda Optics reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met, or if the product is damaged or not in its original condition.
- Once a return is accepted by Moda Optics, we will issue a refund for the product’s original purchase price. Refunds will be processed at our discretion and will be made through the method we deem appropriate. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account, starting from the day we receive the returned product.
- Important: Refunds are contingent on the product passing a physical quality check by our Quality Control team once the product reaches the warehouse.
- Please note that we only accept returns for items purchased directly from India.ray-ban.com. Products bought from authorized Ray-Ban retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Self-Shipping: If you are returning an item via self-shipping, kindly send a scanned copy of the courier bill along with your order details to support@india.ray-ban.com to request a reimbursement for the shipping charges.
- Replacement: Replacements will be issued based on product availability.
- If you choose store credit, the amount will be credited to your Ray-Ban account for future purchases on our website. Store credit will cover the exact value of the returned product. If your new purchase exceeds the store credit, the remaining balance will need to be paid.
RETURN POLICY FOR RAY-BAN META GLASSES
- Ray-Ban Meta glasses are not eligible for return in India due to regional policies and product-specific terms. We recommend reviewing all details before purchase. For any post-purchase support, our customer care team is here to help with guidance and warranty assistance.
