When shopping at India.ray-ban.com you can always change your mind.
You will be allowed to return any Product that you are not satisfied with for any reason; within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Just follow these simple steps:
- Please visit this link ( Order Return ) and enter the necessary details. Choose the item you wish to return and proceed with the return process accordingly.
- Please share images of the delivered product as shared in the PDF. All images have to be clear for the initial quality review conducted by the Quality Control team. (Please click here to review the reference of the images)
- Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation such as invoice copy, accessories and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
- We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't cancel or make any changes to the order once it is shipped. However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. For more information please go through our Refunds & Replacements policy. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
- Any Products that are sought to be returned, must be sent in the original condition in which they were received, with all the accompanying packaging and accessories. Further, a copy of the invoice will have to be sent to Moda Optics along with the Product sought to be returned. Moda Optics can refuse to accept the Products for return, if the aforesaid conditions are not satisfied and / or if the Products are found to have been damaged and not in the original condition.
- Where request for return of any Product is accepted by Moda Optics, then, Moda Optics shall refund the value of such Product as originally paid by You in such manner as it deems fit at its sole discretion. You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 7-10 days from the day of receiving the product.
- Please note- A refund will only be approved if the physical Quality Check of the purchased product is cleared by the Quality Control team.
- We only accept returns on items purchased from India.ray-ban.com. Items purchased from Authorized Ray-Ban retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
- In case of self-ship, please send a scanned copy of the courier bill along with your order details to support@india.ray-ban.com to get a refund of the courier charges incurred by you.
- Replacement will be applicable based on the availability of the requested products.

To ensure your purchase qualifies for a return or exchange, it is essential that the tag remains attached and intact. Once the tag is removed, the product will be considered non-returnable, and any requests for refunds or exchanges will not be processed.

- If you opt for store credit, the refund will be added to your Ray-Ban account for future purchases on our website. The store credit will only cover the exact amount of the purchase. If the product exceeds this amount, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
