This End of Season Sale (EOSS) is organized by Luxottica India Eyewear Private Limited, registered office at 7th Floor, DLF Building No 9, Tower-B, Phase-III, DLF Cyber City, Gurugram - 122 002, Haryana (hereinafter referred to as “Luxottica /LIEPL/Company”) and hosted on https://india.ray-ban.com/

1. EOSS details and eligibility:

1.1 Applicability:

This EOSS is applicable only in India and is applicable on selected stocks as listed on https://india.ray-ban.com/eoss.html.

1.2 Offer/Sale Period:

This EOSS shall be effective from June 28, 2024 (10:00 am IST) to July 29, 2024 (10:00 am IST) (both days inclusive); or till stocks of eligible stocks last, whichever is earlier (hereinafter referred to as “Offer/Sale Period”).

2. Offer(s) under EOSS-

Offer 1 - Buy 1 product, Get 10% Discount:

2.1 This offer applies only to the purchase of eligible product/s listed on https://india.ray-ban.com/eoss.html

2.2 The discount of 10% will be applicable on the original price i.e. MRP of the product.

Offer 2 - Buy 2 products and get 20% Discount on Second Pair:

3.1 This offer applies to the purchase of two (2) eligible products listed on https://india.ray-ban.com/eoss.html.

3.2 The discount of 20% will be applied to the lower-priced product (on MRP) of the two eligible products.

Returns or exchanges under these offers are subject to Luxottica’s standard return policy as applicable to products.

I. General Terms and Conditions of the EOSS/Offer:

1. Offer Exclusivity: This EOSS offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion run by Luxottica, if any during the Offer Period.

2. Discount Scope: Discounts apply solely to eligible products and exclude shipping charges or taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Non-Redemption: Offers provided under this End of Season Sale (EOSS) are non-redeemable for cash or gift cards.

4. Modification Rights: Luxottica reserves the absolute right to withdraw, discontinue, extend or amend or modify the Terms & Conditions of the EOSS at its sole discretion at any time without giving any reasons with or without prior notice. LIEPL’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

5. Automatic Application: Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout. No promo code is required for activation.

6. Returns Policy: All purchases are subject to our returns policy stated on the website, and products returned in compliance with this policy will be refunded at the original transaction cost.
