TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Gift Cards will be issued for specific values as chosen by the purchaser. The Gift Cards can be redeemed for the issued value, against the price of the Products sought to be purchased by the purchaser / holder.
• The price of the Gift Cards will be as mentioned on the Website. Gift cards will be issued on payment of the price by the purchaser.
• The Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or returned.
• The Gift Card is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of purchase. Any unused Gift Card balance shall expire post the Gift Card validity period and can’t be claimed later.
• If your Gift Card balance is not sufficient to buy the product, you can use the Gift Card balance along with other available payment options on the website (such as Credit Card, Net Banking or Debit Card) for the balance amount payable.
• An attempt to use the Gift Card will deactivate it from being used further. However, for any unfulfilled or failed transaction, please get in touch with the Customer Support team to submit a reactivation request.
• A Gift Card reactivation request can be submitted only thrice, within its 6 months validity.

Moda Optics or Luxottica has no obligation in case:

• The preferred product is out of stock on India.Ray-Ban.com; or
• The recipient shipping address is not serviceable. You can check if the pin-code is serviceable on the product or cart page on the website. You can also contact us to check the same before your Gift Card purchase.
• In some cases, there might be a delay in receipt of the Gift Card on the e-mail id provided by you, in case any additional payment checks and bank confirmation is pending. Please contact us for more information on the same.
• The Gift Card balance can be used during sales and discounts and can also be used across multiple purchases during the Gift Card validity period. However, multiple Gift Cards cannot be clubbed on a single purchase.
• The recipient can apply the 13 digit code on India.Ray-Ban.com and also check the gift card balance under the My Account section on the website.
• We may deactivate, cancel or suspend any Gift Card if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity or improper Gift Card use. You agree that you will not use a revoked Gift Card.
